We had a busy weekend in the Eiden household. Friday Pat and I went to a bbq for his work. While I got ready for it, Pat fed the kids dinner, and when I returned to the kitchen, Hazel pointed at me and yelled, "Mama, blue ears!" I had put in earrings with little blue balls. Oliver then turned around and looked me up and down and said, " Mama cute!" Oh melt my heart! Apparently nothing gets by these two!
Saturday we walked over to the Richfield Farmer's market and park. We only bought a cinnamon roll, but the kids loved it! They enjoyed the park too. In the afternoon we went up to Lino Lakes for Pat's niece's graduation party. It was fun to see and visit with family, and the kids were so excited to see Bama and Bapa, and BoomBoom Matt!
Sunday we ventured over to Afton Alps. A little late for skiing, so instead we watched Uncle Eric compete in a mountain bike race. It was so very cool to watch! We only wish we had half the motivation to start biking like that!!
